Why this practice exists
After years of seeing newcomers sent between Jobcenter printouts, recognition offices, and online vacancy portals with no one reading their certificates, OptiAnalytics was founded as a small consulting desk focused on placement — not motivational workshops and not immigration law firms.
Based in Ankershagen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, we meet clients locally when travel is possible and by video for people already living in other federal states. The work stays grounded in German hiring habits: dated Lebensläufe, clear language levels, and employers who understand residence titles.
We are not a Jobcenter substitute, not a staffing agency that places you for a commission on your wage, and not a technology product. You hire us for sessions with deliverables you can hold: plans, checklists, rewritten applications, and rehearsed interviews.

How we work with you
Every engagement starts with work-rights clarity. If your title does not yet allow employment, we pause placement and help you prepare documents and language goals instead of sending hopeless applications.
We write in clear English on this site because many clients prefer it for first contact; sessions themselves may run in German, English, or a mix depending on the advisor and your preference. We do not invent fluency for employers.
