Data we collect
When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, optional consultation type, optional city or region, and message content. If you book a session we may process residence-status information, documents you share, language level, work history, and notes required to deliver consulting. Server logs may include IP address and basic technical data for security.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and prepare consultations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where steps are needed prior to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in answering messages). Session delivery relies on contract performance. Essential cookies run on legitimate interest in operating a secure site; analytics cookies run only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Sensitive data
Employment consulting may involve residence and migration-related information. Provide only what is needed for advice. We do not request health details or special-category data unless you voluntarily share them as relevant to work constraints; in that case we process them only with your consent or another applicable GDPR basis.
Retention
Contact-form messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Consulting files are retained for up to 6 years after the last session for tax and documentation duties, then deleted or anonymised where feasible.
Recipients
Hosting and email providers acting as processors may access data as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data. We share information with employers or authorities only when you ask us to and provide clear instruction.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures as required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under the GDPR. You may withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a German supervisory authority.
