Work-rights gate
We read your residence card or temporary certificate together and note any employer restrictions. If paid work is not yet allowed, we pause vacancy matching and focus on documents and language preparation instead.
Skills and constraints map
Experience, certificates, CEFR German level, commuting radius, childcare, and health limits go into one page. This map decides which sectors are realistic this month.
Recognition fork
If your target title is regulated, we open qualification recognition guidance in parallel with temporary income roles. If it is not regulated, we move straight to matching.
Vacancy shortlist
From the flagship job-placement consultation you receive named openings and a written plan within five working days. You verify contacts yourself; we do not invent urgency.
Applications and briefing
Optional CV clinic and employer introduction briefing prepare the Lebenslauf and the first meeting. Trial days and unpaid tests are discussed honestly before you agree.
Where sessions happen
In-person meetings at our Ankershagen address when you can travel. Video sessions for clients already living elsewhere in Germany. Phone intake is available for the first work-rights check.
Typical total time from first email to written placement plan is one to two weeks, depending on how quickly documents arrive.
