Services described
OptiAnalytics provides employment consulting for refugees and new arrivals in Germany, including job-placement consultation, application clinics, qualification recognition guidance, and employer introduction briefings. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm a session in writing (email is sufficient).
No employment guarantee
Consulting does not guarantee a job offer, recognition decision, or residence outcome. Advice reflects information available at the time of the session and may change when authorities or employers update requirements.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate documents and status information, for decisions you make with employers or authorities, and for complying with German law applicable to your residence and work.
Intellectual property
Website text, visual design, and materials we create for you (such as placement plans) remain protected. You may use plans and rewritten CVs for your own applications. You may not republish site content for commercial use without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit abusive content through forms, or impersonate another person when requesting consultations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OptiAnalytics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from employment decisions made after consulting. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where such limitation is prohibited.
Fees and refunds
Fees are confirmed before each session. Refund and cancellation rules are set out on the refund page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the district of our registered place of business have jurisdiction where permitted for business clients; consumer protections remain unaffected.
