Flagship placement consultation — scope in detail

This is our core offer for refugees and new arrivals who need a realistic path into paid work in Germany. The advisor begins with work-rights clarity: what your card or Bescheinigung already allows, and what still needs a stamp from the Ausländerbehörde. Only then do we map Berufserfahrung, certificates, CEFR language level, commuting limits, and care responsibilities.

Matching draws on openings we actively monitor in logistics, hospitality, care assistance, production, cleaning, and entry administrative roles — sectors that regularly hire people still building German. Regulated professions are flagged early so you do not spend weeks applying for titles you cannot yet hold.

You leave with a written placement plan naming target roles, document gaps, and a shortlist of vacancies with employer or agency contacts you can verify yourself. A follow-up call within two weeks reviews applications already sent. Guaranteed employment is never part of the fee; honest constraints are.

Sessions take place at our Ankershagen office or by video. Bring residence documents and any existing CV materials. If you need a Lebenslauf rewrite first, book the application clinic before or after placement matching.
